My Story
Hello and welcome!
I'm Shelly Chamberlin, creator of SPECSetter, and I'm so glad you're here.
Like many people, I have asymmetrical ears (my left ear is lower than my right), which always made my glasses sit crooked. For years, I tried all kinds of DIY tricks to get my glasses to sit straight. The crooked fit made me feel self-conscious. I often avoided wearing my favorite glasses or sunglasses because I was embarrassed by how they looked - never quite straight, always visibly askew. I was determined to find a simple, effective solution not just for comfort, but for my confidence.
That's how I came up with SPECSetter.
SPECSetter is a small silicone piece that easily adjusts the arm of your glasses, leveling them out so they sit perfectly on your face. I created this product for myself and for the countless others who have asymmetry of the face or ears or just struggle with glasses that won't sit right.
